For the past several days, I have had a problem during booting. Actually, the problem is present when shutting down because Windows says to not turn off the computer because updates are being installed. It goes through the process for 9 updates and then the computer shuts down. Upon rebooting, Windows says that the updates are being configured and to not shut off the computer. The configuration fails and then the updates are being reverted. The machine shuts down and then restarts and goes through a successful boot. This is a very annoying thing and I want to just delete the updates because they are obviously not going to be successfully configured. How do I do this without causing problems?

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
