Yes I did try GwIvy .. but its very hard to control the ivy params with it.. I found GrowFX solution perfect for this type of plants. as I can control everything and make plants the way I want :)

Looking nice.. If you are using vray engine then try to add vray dirt.. :) btw I am wondering why u are using direct light with hdri specially when its an evening scene.. have you tried to lower hdri...

Thanks Roland.. Regarding the ground floor .. the white thing is a part of first floor partition.. its visible cause of poor glass material ;) I will be fixing it soon :)

Update with interiors mostly done.. I dont want the interiors to be much visible also dont want it to look empty.. i hope its looking ok...

Car wont be on middle in final renders.. Also all noise...
