    D house

    Hi all,
This is my first post here. I wanted to show a personal project I was working on recently, just to learn and improve... It's based on a house by TNA architects. I used 3d Max 2009, Vray 1.5, and photoshop for post production.
I would appreciate any comment for suggestions and improvements!
    thanks..

    Hi idearq!
I really like the atmosphere. It's like some modern (architectural) fairytail- a mix of reality and dream In this particular case it's truly a good job ( in my opinion). The third shot is my favourite.
I don't know, maybe it's just me, but there is something odd in the reflections (1-st and 2-nd, 3-rd and 4-th shot ). Did You leave the white trees on pupose? Could You tell a little about the grass/moss (?) that is all over the place?
Oh, and I really envy the shaders.
    Nice!

Thanks guys for all the comments!
It's great that you like the shaders. The wood material is the same texture on ceiling, walls and floor.
konitzART, I really appreciate your interest. You're right I think there is something wrong with reflections. I guess that it's because there are two kinds. First, those that are produced by the trees on the scene and second, the reflection of the HDRI map that I used in the Vray environment. The fist one is sharper and the other blurred. Maybe you know any other way to make it better.
I liked the combination of two kind of trees so I left the white ones that give to scene a surreal atmosphere...
And the moss is all over the place and it's a very simple material with a texture in diffuse and vray displacement.
I hope I answered your questions!
    regards
